Update, they answered me here and said they’d get back ASAP, they simply didn’t. No refunds, no explanations, and I can prove what I’m saying... Very bad quality service. Original review below: They offered me shipping options that aren’t available. I paid extra and didn’t get any refund up to now. Very hard to get emails answered by them.
