They stand by their product...issued refund when it didn't work...
The application was unable to resolve the issues with my iPhone that was stuck in the boot screen (apple icon). That said, the support from wondershare / drfone was very good and they reversed the charges to my card fairly promptly. Fortunately, I had screenshots of the install and failure of the program to resolve the issue so that I was able to easily document the failure.
