Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Can`t talk to anyone. If returning anything you will pay for return, ok. But they also will deduct shipping cost to you and some other stuff, so don`t expect full refund like in a normal world. Printer that I still have, best to have a lot of patience. K1C clogs all the time and is noisy like a jumbo jet.
