Do not buy - scam
Do not buy. It is a scam indeed. I bought a table in October. Was promised (in writing) to get it by December 23. By that date no news , so I reached out and was told there was a delay but will get the table before mid Feb. I agreed to wait. I then called /texted beginning of February to be told the table was delayed to mid March (so at least 10 weeks from original due date and over 20 weeks since my original order) When I asked to cancel. They told me to read the fine print and that it was a “pre-order” so I will lose 50% of the cost. I complained to my credit card company who is trying to resolve the issue. In the meantime, and without my consent, Valyou cancelled the order and kept 50% or the total price. Get it ? Free money no product delivered. SCAM !!
