LIVE PHONE HELP IS NON EXISTANT BUT....EMAIL WORKED
Although I could not reach the company via a live person by PHONE at either number First one was disconnected 2nd one was AI and that is a big NO FOR ME...I had to resort to an email. The first attempt was not so helpful as they only wanted me to keep the item ( THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED ) for a 60% Refund to save me the trouble of returning it. But really it was more trouble for them as it would have been expensive. Well of course I am not going to keep or only get pack a portion of $141 that is a LOT OF MONEY. When I said that was not satisfactory they decided to give me a FULL REFUND and I got it very quickly so the company is LEGIT and I was worried about that. They will help you out if you are persistent as something that was not your fault. I ordered a weedeater with 2 wheels, 2 batteries, 2 charges and got a regular weedeater that I already have 3 of.
