I ordered an ND filter KF-ORDER-0-63000 on the first of December, and on the site it took says it would take 7 to 15 days. Ever since the 5th, all tracking websites say stuff like " Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)" or some kind of error Seeing that it has been a while, I emailed them and the first reply Ii got back was basically what I just sent them. After a few tries, they finally say things like we will contact the carrier. It has been 3 days and I had just sent another email to them. Really hope it arrives in time for my trip. Should have ordered on Amazon or otherwise, not from the site itself.
