Misleading at best...
So, signed up for their services. Then tried to "buy" a hk number. Asked for ID's and up to this point was ok. I had to prompt them four days later and ask where we were with the process. They responded that the ids were accepted by the carrier. Then another two days to tell me that there was a shortage of numbers and they could not accommodate my request. So far, just poor communication. This is where it gets interesting. I logged in trying to cancel, and I see they are still selling HK numbers. I try to buy another one, and it goes through. Then they tell me that I need to submit documents again, to which I reply that I did already, and they say, no, you have to again. Then they proceed to tell me that they made a mistake and that HK numbers indeed are available. It was only when I threatened to cancel and make a big stink, both numbers magically appeared on my account the next day. I think these people have no idea what they are doing, and their customer service will lie to you just to get you off the chat. Stay away
