Beautiful halo has a lot of bad press on here. But there are 2 sides to a story. I purchased 3 fan lights and was fully aware of the long delivery time. They don't make a secret of it. 2 fans had a part missing. I emailed them and they promptly sent out the parts that were missing. Ok it was a little inconvenience but they sorted it. I now have 3 good working fan lights and they are great.
