Great Products, terrible service
Their products are great but god forbid you need their customer support. Replies were days apart, when the replies came they were extremely unhelpful. The board came with no UK adapter, I asked for a tutorial on how to change the charging port as mine broke and all I got back, several days later, was a literal 10 second video with some guy shouting what I presume was another language whilst waving a spanner infront of the lens. No instructions or step by step visual aid on what I had requested, just a video of a spanner. I asked again and in the end was sent some random video which was a better tutorial but for a board not even made by this company. Since then I have not heard anything more back aside from an email that just came through entirely in Chinese with a trust pilot link, so here's my review and I hope it helps you in some way.
