Don't bother.
The item bought was made from cheap fabric and looked awful. Trying to return was such a hassle. If this company want to trade in the UK they must have appropriate return facilities not expect you to pay to return to Germany, France etc. Item purchased went into a charity bag and I put the loss if money down to experience.
