I ordered a Saskia and she came with a hard "vinyl" body even though I ordered a cloth body. Her body looked sunburned, her lips and mouth were bright red,and her hair continues to fall out even though I am very gentle with her.A blue spot of ink was left on her arm and her legs came detached from her body. But, her paint is easily removed so I will be repainting her.She came with no support or anything in the box with her.On top of all this she arrived 2 weeks late. Please Do Not Order!!!!
