Worked first time but only with care
The transfer of Whatsapp is the single most distressing migration step moving from iOS to Android for anyone, worse if you have experience in running large computer systems. dr.fone's procedures were clear enough and if you followed it very carefully, you will succeed. My destination device was a Galaxy A9 (2018) updated to Android v9. That caused a warning message when it was plugged in and the developer option was enabled. There has to be a bigger warning in large friendly letters about replacing the version of Whatsapp loaded by dr,fone with a new copy from Playstore. I think if I did not perform this last step I will definitely run into problems later. An improvement will be a guide that documents all the steps before you click the buttons on the screen. That would have reduced my blood pressure knowing what the tool will try to do.
