buy your Doogee phone from Aliexpress or another similar vendor, at least that way you can post a complaint if the vendor does not live up to delivery timeframe promises. Doogee's official website delivery times are NOT ACCURATE, and their customer service will tell you to be patient when they don't meet them. No way to leave a public post to warn other customers on their site either. I love their phones but the customer service on their site is a HORRIBLE. I was promised seven to ten day delivery and did not receive my order completion email for almost ten days, then another week for the courier to pick it up, now apparently the flight from Asia to Canada is taking more than ten days because the package tracker has not been updated since then. A month and a half and still waiting.
