SAV lamentable
The KUKIRIN company has a very poor after-sales service. I received my KUKIRIN G2 Master electric scooter a month ago, and it didn't work. It took them a week, even ten days, to send me a new meter. After I replaced it, the scooter still didn't work. They then told me the issue was with the controller, which took another ten days to arrive. My brand-new scooter was out of action for almost a month. When I finally replaced the controller, it worked. The customer service team is polite but not very efficient, and they don't provide tracking links, causing delays and anxiety for customers. I do not recommend this company, even though the scooter now works properly after a month."
