Not the con that people say it is. I would order again.
I ordered dresses for my daughter’s prom. It’s really hard to find affordable prom dresses and this company have a fantastic range but awful reviews. Whilst not the best service in the world, this company were not the con that i thought they might have been which is why i felt compelled to write this review. I ordered two dresses and they were actually quite nice. We ordered them too large after measuring and erring on the side of caution so we needed to return them. Initially , my daughter processed the return but couldn’t print the label as it wouldn't download. She messaged customer services and it took a couple of days but they did get back and they did send a new label. Once returned, they refunded fairly quickly but kept £70 of our £300 order for postage costs. My daughter messaged them to ask why the cost was so high as we received and returned both dresses in the same parcel , they refunded a further £49 within days. I don’t know why you have to message to get your returns dealt with in a fair manner but clearly once you do, they are a legit company and do sort it for you. It’s a shame their customer returns process isn’t just a bit smoother.
