Excellent customer service & ordering process!

I have a Volkswagwn GTI that is absolutely awful in snow, and I live in Wisconsin where winter weather lasts up to 8 months. So I don't drive her during bad weather. This year we broke down and bought an AWD Volvo for winter & for comfort traveling with 3 dogs. So I was looking for a cover for my VW for the winter. I saw a bunch of good reviews for SealSkin covers from both individuals & even Car & Driver. I went online & was looking for the best for my needs & went into chat and had the pleasure of speaking with Matt. He was super helpful with assisting me to choose the Supreme cover for the correct model of my car. He was so great & working at almost 10pm on a Friday so I mistakenly thought he was an AI agent but no, he was a real person. We had a good laugh about that. All in all my interaction & purchase with SealSkin covers was A+ and I can't wait for my cover to arrive so I can update my review.

Delivered nearly a month later

Ordered 5/26/21 Never heard anything from them, on the website my order has been "processing" since then. No replies to calls or emails. Chargeback instituted this morning to get my $137.43 returned. Other companies are shipping with adult signature proof required, why aren't these clowns? UPDATE 6/16/21 Finally received a signature request slip from my mailman to pickup an item requiring an adult signature. It was FINALLY my order from Vape Society Supply. I ended my chargeback and paid for my order. I never received any answers to my support ticket or phone calls, so I don't know what the cause of the delay was. Will I order from them again? Probably not as due to their lack of customer service I found another company that was equally inexpensive and had responsive customer service. Sad, as VSS was my go-to company before this last order.
