I was looking for a banner for my sons…
I was looking for a banner for my sons Birthday and I came across Custom Birthday Banners. Looking through I found what I wanted but it needed tweaking, so I dropped them an email. A number of emails over one morning (I was really surprised how quickly they responded) each time James from CBB sent me a tweaked mock up version of what I wanted. Finally once I was happy with the design James sent me a link to make payment and the banner arrived within a week. Attention to detail - he asked what the latest was I needed it by. My timeframe was quite long, if I’d said sooner I’d bet my last pound CBB would have delivered. Banner arrived and I couldn’t be happier great quality and a MORE than reasonable price. In my opinion you’d be foolish to consider ordering from anybody else. They even dropped me an email a few days after purchase to say thank you and hoped I liked my banner. That’s truly customer first !!
