Avoid at all costs
Ordered headphones from Amazon. They worked for 3 occasions before 1 or both earbuds disconnects. I did the usual of remove and connect then again and same problem. Reported to Aukey as still within 12 month warranty to be told they can’t refund due to system issue and they can’t replace as Amazon lock their online sales store. Utter rubbish as if you keep reading below they use the same excuses month after month. They should be banned from trading as they in breach of consumer law by refusing a refund or replacement within the warranty period.
