My wife ordered 3 teddy bears from this company. Each cost £2.09. When the transaction was completed,my wife realised she had been charged£56.96. She immidiately contacted the company but was told the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled (within hours ????) Company advised order was to be cancelled but little has happened. Have received a partial refund of £11.39 but refuse any other requests for full refund. THIS COMPANY STINKS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS OR PURCHASES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEIR ACTIONS ARE BOARDERING CRIMINAL AND DECEITFUL.
