Dismayed and Disappointed
I am dismayed and disappointed that a company with Bluetti's reputation would market a product that is unusable out of the box e.g. no power supply to charge it!! I will not consider Bluetti for any future requirements. J. Malivoire, Scorptech I.T Solutions
