My son wanted one specific pair of shoes for Christmas and his grandmother ordered them on December 3. When they hadn’t arrived by December 21st, I emailed. They replied that the order was due for delivery on the 24th and gave me two websites to track the order but my order number didn’t work in either link. Now it’s been three and a half weeks since I emailed originally and 2 weeks since their latest possibly delivery date and three days since I last emailed them with no response. Still no shoes.
