I needed a ticket for the Chinese visa
Hello! I needed a ticket for the Chinese visa, I was struggling a lot to reserve a ticket, not really good at these things. I had many (i mean a lot, like an annoying amount of questions) for their real live helping staff. This lady named Kim, she was very patient and helpful. I even made a mistake after the payment with the dates (she warned me about it), and she changed it for me. This employe deserves something as a reward, excellent job :)
