Caution
October 2019 I asked for a quote through Made In China. They sent me a list of proposed suppliers. The company I chose, Hebei Chisure Biotechnology Co., Ltd. said they only dealt by Western Union. I sent money 10/17/19, they received it, claimed they sent product 11/5/19. I continued to ask where the product was, and then as of 11/20 they cut off communication. I complained to MIC and they claimed I did not deal with them and it must have been through AliBaba, even though I sent evidence, and they refused to respond to any more of my emails. UPDATE JUNE 17, 2020 In response to my complaint on this site, MIC offered to be helpful, but nothing came of it until April 2, 2020. They seemed to be disturbed by this negative review. They then said, yes they acknowledge I had requested help, and the letters went to spam, and now they would address the problem. I quickly got a communication from the 'supplier' stating the goods had been intercepted by customs, so it was was not their fault, and they were very anxious for me to delete my negative review. They would not agree to a full refund. I agreed to accept their offer of a half refund. They did send my half, minus processing fees, on June 15. So I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 star, and acknowledging that they finally did work out a compromise. By the way, in the mean time I dealt with ali-baba, got my product promptly.
