Subscription problem
I was added to a subscription without my knowledge, even though I did not select that option during the purchase. If there was any mention of it, it must have been hidden in fine print, as I never received any confirmation that I had been subscribed or anything that would have allowed me to prevent this. The following month, money was taken from my account without my knowledge. As soon as I received the payment confirmation email, I immediately contacted them to stop it and to cancel the shipment. However, they claimed that this was not possible and that the product had already been sent. That said, I never received any tracking number or any proof that the product was actually shipped. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend the way this company does business.
