Phone described as "pristine". Arrived, dirty and scratched, has clearly been used without any cover on the phone screen or around the phone. Tried to contact via Game Marketplace, where I bought it from. The link provided hasn't worked for 4 plus weeks, and I have to keep going through the Game live chat to get any reposonse, despite asking multiple times for a way to communicate directly.
