I purchased the Ageis Legend and has an unbalanced battery issue, it was addressed immediately. I sent my mod out on a Monday and they were working on it on Wednesday. Friday it was mailed out an I recommend it completely fixed on Monday. I'm pleased with the service I've received with Geekvape and their warranty process. I also love the products very durable for those who are rough with items I would recommend the Legend or any other Geekvape product.
