wrong items delivered
I have ordered from JJ house a number of times and it has always been good service - however this time I ordered a White tie for my fiance for our wedding day and the tie has come grey instead of white - obviously not happy by this i have started a live chat where the person at the other end of typing from a script instead of actually trying to help me with the issue.
