Wrong fit and texture, no acoount
I ordered a black turtleneck shirt on the site. The fit was totally wrong, the arms were too wide and short. The texture of the turtleneck was different from what it looked like on the photos. So I want to return the item, but the mailadress I thought I used isn't right apparently, but it is definitley the one I used. How should I return my order?
