Dreadful customer service
I ordered a GMKtec M7. The delivery was swift and I could track the order. The unit seemed fine and Ubuntu install worked fine. The issue was that the top fan started to creak a few days after I began to use the PC. I contacted GMKtec and they sent a replacement fan. Unfortunately, the second fan broke less than a month after receipt with a noise that seemed like a ball bearing came loose. I contacted them again and they completely stopped replying to my emails. A decent unit that is unfortunately let down by low-quality top fans and the cheap wifi card that gives half the connection of my 10 year old mac mini. Buy at your own risk because if anything goes wrong, you're ignored.
