Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. This is a scam. During the first month, they repeatedly claimed they were unable to log in and therefore could not provide the service. I gave them my correct login details. Despite this, I was still charged for a service I never received, which contradicts basic consumer rights. I requested cancellation of my subscription, and they confirmed it had been canceled. However, I was later charged again without authorization. This is unacceptable and highly misleading business conduct. I am now seeking legal advice regarding this matter. Beware of this company.
