Unfortunately I'm unable to use the SIM card despite trying absolutely everything regarding the instructions they sent to me. They added some extra GB to my account but I find it useless considering that I can't activate the esim. I've been having an ongoing email correspondence with their team for days. Although they have tried to help in every way, it hasn't worked. A refund of the money would be an appropriate thing to do in this case.
