Zero stars would be more appropriate. Avoid this company! Has anyone successfully returned their shoes? I'd love to know how. Despite a .co.uk website it's based in China and the 'Easy returns' is pure fiction. After numerous emails, initially told to return shoes to Kentucky USA, I now have a German address but FedEx, their preferred courier insists on a recipient phone number, email address and EORI number and HOBIBEAR won't supply them.
