On the beginning of February I ordered…
On the beginning of February I ordered MoonRise case for Samsuns S24 ultra. Until it arrived ( near 1 month) I returned the phone and come back to iPhone so I wanted to cancel my order (even when the item wasn't;t sent) They said that I cannot cancel, I must wait to receive it. and make a return and refund. After 1 month I receive it as I said and made the return process. Sent on 1st of March to the near warehouse (Germany) - I paid the transport and upload the tracking number on their form. I received an email that tracking number is ok and wait 7 days to refund after they received the product. On the tracking platform I saw that they received it on 9th Of March but until now (10 April) no money refund in my account. Contact them again yesterday regarding this situation and they don't answer.
