I have been using this travel website for several years. But my loyalty has been returned with Unfair & Poor customer service. One could NOT RELY on them when “ problems exist with reservations. They just “drop you like a hot potato”. They do not listen and DEFINITELY DENY your Complaint. They are only NICE & RECEPTIVE & will try to assist you during the BUYING Process of TICKET. After that they will NOT ASSIST you & you could figure out your problem On YOUR OWN! I can categorically state DO NOT PURCHASE TRAVEL TICKETS from FAREBOOM! They just need your money!
