Awesome Service If You Actually Need It (this is a real review!)
I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I wrote one for this company. We realized we had 2 of our kids' passports expired about 16 days before vacation....emergency! So, we found this company online. I read a lot of the reviews (good and bad) and have to admit, I was skeptical. However, the process was smooth, I received updates every step of the way -- and we received our passports with 3 days to spare -- WHEW, relief! I thought it was important to share this because although there are negative reviews on this site, it seems most of them come from people who sign up for the service and then want to cancel (and it is clearly stated in their refund policy that there are no refunds, for very valid reasons. We actually needed the service, went through with it -- and although extremely expensive, it was exactly what we needed in order not to cancel our vacation. I recommend people not sign up before reading the fine print; however, if you are in need of passports fast, they do what they say (at least for us they did!) So thanks Online Expeditors! You gave us one less worry before we leave on our family trip!
