I had problems initiating the installation of the e-sim. I sent an email to the support group and Angelika back and forwarded with me and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Most organisations are good when things are going well, but the real differentiator is the level of service provided when problems arise. Jetpac = exceptional !!
