Garbage AI got reservation wrong
Told garbage AI I was locked out of my house and couldn’t get a locksmith until tomorrow. I repeatedly said I needed to check in now at 2 am. AI said all was fine. It was not fine. Got to the hotel and they had nothing. Check-in is at 3 pm. Pointless telling the AI 6 tines. A nightmare because you won’t hire human employees.
