It did some of the things advertised It did not transfer all the messages from my android to the computer... it skipped any that had multiple participants (more than 2 in the message) and it skipped those that had pictures in the texts.. It would not transfer messages from my iphone to the computer. It did not copy all of the info with a song when it transferred the songs... the singer was lost. But worse of all they have not refunded my money yet... its been 3 months. They keep wanting more information from me but then they do not do anything.
