What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company. First off, Amazon does not tell you that you need to purchase Tunepat so you are able to save your music to a file. Then after you purchase the Tunepat program, you can download your music to a flash drive. The navigation of the Tunepat site to enable songs to be "converted" or saved is a joke as well. I have spent several days trying to down load my music and it keeps trying down load the same songs over and over. I have reached out to Tunepat ever day and you have to wait 24 hours for a response. They have no direct phone number for customer service and now I understand why. Their program is junk. I would NOT purchase Amazon Music if you are planning on downloading songs to a flash drive.
