Our trip was perfect from beginning to end. Our travel agent, Mike Bonnett, was very helpful with arranging and planning our trip. He was readily available to answer any concerns or questions. Every pickup on our trip was on time. All the guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. All the hotels were very nice and top quality. We especially liked Zero hotel in Valparaiso, Chile. We also really enjoyed our trip to the organic vineyard, Emiliana, in Chile. The cruise on Stella Australis was excellent despite the weather (which is not unusual in that part of the world). The crew was very well trained in helping older passengers on and off the zodiacs for daily excursions. I have already recommended SouthAmerica.travel to friends and will continue to do so. I will definitely use this company for any future travels to South America.
