Awful experience
Awful experience. Was ordering costumes for an important family event (the event was important as it’s the first one since an important family member passed, as such were all dressing up and trying to be in high spirits despite this). They told us they had the costume in stock, took the money (£80) and then a week later emailed saying “thank you for your order. Unfortunately we don’t have it available.”. They then went on to tell me to get back to them as soon as possible (which I replied immediately) and I have yet to have a response. We now don’t have time to order from another company, making what was supposed to be an upbeat event become much more melancholy. If you want to be disappointed then order from here. Otherwise please go somewhere else!!!!
