Was promised a refund that they dodged for weeks on end. The product arrived so mangled I was shocked, like it actually looks as though it was thrown from a building. All parts loose in a box screws and metals parts all bent and scratched and dinged the surface and huge metal chunks taken out of the material. Nightmare absolutely nightmare.
