Lost phone in Pattaya
Whilst in Pattaya, Thailand I left my brand new samsung galaxy phone in the back of the taxi on a night out. The phone had my grab account on it and was on silent so I had no direct way to connect with the driver. I called the grab support center in Thailand the following day and the english speaking operator told me that the driver had already contacted them having found the phone. The support centre then arranged with the driver who returned the phone to me a few hrs later. I cannot thank the driver (Mr Khwan Pumchareon) enough for his honesty and the grab support team for the diligent action.
