2 orders both for a holiday
2 orders both for a holiday Neither arrived in time or at all to date .. months. Totally awkward unresponsive customer support with no honest communication I sent them I have requested refunds for both items that have not arrived before during or after the holiday they were ordered for. Instead I get emails saying basic contrived texts like do not worry .. order in on the way .. despite reminding them I wanted now so late in the diary I require an email
