Will Not Respond to E-Mail or Voice Mails
UPDATE: As of 2/7/2020, a credit was issued. Thank you. Still have not received any return calls or emails. However, based on the return of my funds, I have changed from 1 to 2 stars. Only 1 Star, Since I had to select something. Placed a spare part order 1/18/2020. Was billed. Received Order Confirmation. Have not received product or tracking information. Now they will not respond to E-mail or phone calls. E-Mails were being bounced back with invalid address at one point. All phone calls go to voice mail and they will not return my call. Cannot track order online. DO not recommend them. Day 6 Since Review: Still No One will answer Phone, Return Voice Mail or Reply to E-Mails.
