Great to Poor Customer Care
I ordered the Myth Moontstone chain necklace and although the pendant is absolutely stunning the chain broke after wearing the necklace for the first time. Customer service was super responsive and immediately sent a replacement however the replacement necklace has a shotty clapse that has come undone FOUR times while wearing it. I reached out again hoping for further assistance but their response is that because the clasp appears to be functioning in the video I sent that they cannot do anything to help. I reiterated that it's sort of impossible to see the faulty clasp in the video but the looseness of the clasp can definitely be 'felt' and is more visible in person. Even more unfortunately the pendant fell off and hit the ground during one of the times it came undone and chipped. At the end of the day I'm left with two broken necklaces because it's safe to say I'm not going to bother trying to wear the necklace again after having it fall off four times while wearing it. I wanted to love this piece and the company and planned on purchasing gifts for my best friends but since they don't feel inclined to replace a $170 necklace that is compromised and no fault of my own, I'm just left super dissatisfied and offended.
