Good Customer Service
The featured article initially ranked on Google but gradually lost visibility and eventually disappeared from the index within a few months. Since this was part of a client entity-building and Knowledge Panel campaign, the loss of the article resulted in several months of lost momentum. After I raised the issue, AnotherZero provided a full refund and published a replacement article. I appreciate that they took the concern seriously, remained responsive, and worked to resolve the situation rather than ignoring it. I am updating my review to reflect the company's customer service and efforts to make things right. Since the replacement article is still relatively new, I will continue monitoring its indexing stability and long-term performance before making any further changes to my review.
