Gave my personal details to AIA and no respect on customer’s privacy! Liaise with AIA, let them call to the customer to sell insurance, never agreed to buy but still automatically charged twice in the latest statement without sending SMS or notify customer. I felt using the credit card of this company is putting me on risk of getting charged at anytime. Worst credit card experience ever! And the agent able to activate my another two UOB credit cards without my permission.
