Genuinely good laptop!
I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I can't speak for their customer service or phones, so ignore me there, but I adore the laptop I bought from them in 2022. I have an Honor Magicbook 16 and for the price I paid, it has amazing specs. I couldn't find anything on the market with a better CPU (and 16GB RAM) for a comparable price. It was delivered to me safely and has worked flawlessly ever since. Again, I can't speak for customer service. But if you're looking for a decent laptop, consider their stuff. Their products are genuine. For the same price as any other brand, you get FAR more power. I'd buy from them again. Domain has changed to honor. com/uk though.
