Very disappointing cancellation…
Very disappointing cancellation experience. had a great experience booking through the Company but when my daughter was injured and unable to travel from Australia or ski I contacted the Company immediately as well as the accomodation providers directly. Even though our stays with the Lodging Company were one week and 2 and a half week out respectively and I had medical certificates we lost our full accomodation costs more than $10 K US. The Company did this citing policy. This differed from other accomodation we cancelled only one day out where I was given a total refund. I understand if accomodation cant be re rented but if it can be re rented then bad service and policy to keep all the customers money.
